you know your pet best. if a meet & greet doesn’t go well or you have a bad feeling, please be honest and let us know, just as we will be with you. the safety of your pets and our dogs is always our top priority. if a meet & greet between dogs isn’t the right fit, we’re often happy to offer housesitting as an alternative, if you’re open to it.
we have two williswags mascots. both girls, both 6 years old. monroe is an american fox hound / australian sheperd mix and quincy is a german shepherd / black lab mix. monroe is the more social and playful one. quinn watches from a corner, but loves to run around with other dogs in the backyard.
yes. we carry a special pet sitting insurance through pet sitters associates. certificate available upon request.

we accept payment at the beginning or end of stay, whichever you prefer. accepted payment methods are cash, venmo, paypal, applepay, & check.
we understand that plans can change and emergencies do happen. for housesitting and boarding bookings of more than two days, cancellations less than 48 hours prior are subject to a 50% fee. this helps account for time reserved and services declined for those dates.
communication is however much or little you want it to be. if you request photos, we are happy to send them. if you randomly want us to check if something is recording on your dvr, we can do that too!
we require heartworm, bordetella, rabies, flea & tick medication.
yes. we will always ask how you do it and how your pet prefers.
absolutely not.
yes, it is our preference to not leave your pet overnight while in our care. we don't require fancy living quarters and can bring an air mattress if needed.
not much other than a wifi password and keys or codes!
whatever makes your dog comfortable, their food, & medications if needed. we have plenty of treats (unless they have specific allergy requirements), beds, blankets, etc.
williswags is our second job, but first love. matt works from home full time and occasionally has to go on sites. tara is hybrid, office located in center city with a 6am-2pm schedule. tara also is a partial philadelphia phillies season ticket holder, if any games fall on your dates, we will let you know.
as early as you know, please let us know. we book on a first request basis. spring break, summer, and winter holidays book the quickest.
